We are committed to complying with all relevant legislation including the Occupational health and Safety Act 85 of 1993; the Minerals Act 50 of 1991 together with the Mines Safety Act 29 of 1996 and any other legislation that may revise or repel them. Compliance to legislation is important to us that it is regarded as a minimum standard expected from all our employees, suppliers and contractors.

Legislation is frequently review to ensure compliance at all times and all employees trained regularly to ensure continued understanding of the requirements.
