Oria-Man (Pty) Ltd was established on 23 February 2015 as (Pty) Ltd. The company was established by Mr MH Mtshali.
Oria-Man (Pty)Ltd is a provider of integrated, Mechanical Engineering and Structural Construction Solutions, founded by Mxolisi Herbieman Mtshali (Ndip. Mechanical Engineering) who was an employee of Eskom Kendal Power Station, serving as a Senior Mechanical Technician.
I recognized a gap in Mechanical Maintenance Service Provision as Eskom was beginning to outsource these services in accordance to the procurement policies, precisely requiring the empowerment of local SMME’s with specific preference to BBB-EE complying enterprises, at a time 100% Black Owned Mechanical Contractors were significantly low, therefore with the experience and the plant knowledge I had, I was capable of starting and running a reputable company that would serve Eskom with Quality and trusted services.

The aim of Oria-Man is to meet and exceed our customer’s requirements in a cost effective manner. We shall achieve this through proper planning and controlling all our processes within the product realization according to the ISO9001 2000 standard.
Oria-Man will continually review the effectiveness of our quality management system through regular reviews and project Post Mortem meetings chaired the CEO. At the review meetings, non-conformances that were raised will be discussed and preventative actions will be implemented.
At the project Post Mortem meetings, project specific work instructions and procedures will be created and reviewed. All operations, including field work, conducted employees and subcontractors shall be done where and as laid out in the controlling documents.
In the execution of all tasks related with our services and products, Oria-Man supplies/uses only qualified experienced personnel. All inputs into our products realization are verified and validated before approval by directors.
